Pasture Raised in Stonington, Connecticut
It all begins with the soil. Putting animals on healthy pasture with sufficient open space to graze creates healthy animals and delicious meat. Using best practices to maintain the pastures means that our beef tastes better. All the beef from the farm is grass fed, and some animals are finished with grain to introduce better marbling. We also grow our own hay which is used to build and maintain weight over the winter.
In addition to our own animals, we provide pasture for select partners.
We have spent twenty years revitalizing a 200 year old Stonington farm. We are committed to open space, best practices, regenerative farming and building a growing food community with our partners. Thank you for supporting this tradition.
